Your pledge is your confirmation that you wish to remain a member of Woodlands. The costs of running Woodlands are the shared responsibility of all members, as they have been for nearly six decades.

The “sustaining level” — $3,800 for the 5786 temple year (2025-2026)— represents each member household’s equal share of our expenses. Your support at or above the sustaining level will help us ensure that the budget is fully funded and keep Woodlands accessible to all, regardless of their financial status.

The security of our temple members, guests, and staff continues to be at the forefront of our minds, and our security expenses are a large percentage of our operating budget. Every household will be charged a mandatory security fee of $180 in addition to the SWT pledge.

Member pledges are the financial foundation of our temple, and strong financial support from our community enables Woodlands to provide the educational opportunities, Jewish programming, and celebrations that we cherish. Our voluntary dues system relies on members pledging the full sustaining amount or as much of it as they are able to afford. Your financial commitment ensures Woodlands fulfills its duty to be a vibrant synagogue, accessible to all.

Please make your pledge by June 30 and confirm your payment schedule so we can plan the year ahead.
