Sukkot BBQ Volunteers

The big celebration is just around the corner - our annual Sukkot BBQ! This year, it is scheduled for Friday, October 18th, starting at 7:00pm, right after the Shabbat service. We are excited for this year’s event and need some volunteers for some of the following positions:

• Grillers: This position requires a few people to arrive beginning at around 4:00pm to start up the grills, and then a few more people to arrive at about 5:00 and afterward to help grill the food.
• Sign-in Table: We need a few people to check in attendees according to the registration list. All attendees will have paid in advance, so there will be no money exchanged.
• Set Up Crew: We need people who can arrive around 5:00pm to set up tables, sign in, etc.
• Cooking of Veggie Burgers: The veggie burgers are cooked inside in the WCT kitchen. We need someone to be at WCT by 5:00 to preheat the oven and then cook the burgers.
• Servers/Runners: Anyone who can be ready to serve the food at 7:00pm, and to make trips to and from the kitchen during the meal.
• Clean Up Crew: We will probably start cleaning up by 7:30 and if we have a lot of people, it goes quickly – all is done in under an hour.
