Ask Big Questions

3 Wednesdays: Jan 19, Feb 2, Feb 16

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm on Zoom

Taught by Rabbi Mara

This course is back by popular demand! Many years ago, Hillel International turned Jewish learning on its head. The Ask Big Questions movement asked, "Instead of learning Jewishly in order to be better Jews, shouldn't we learn Jewishly to be better people?" Our tradition is not just a rote set of rules. Judaism asks big questions, questions like "When are we free?" and "For whom are we responsible?" In this series, we will ask these big questions of ourselves and of each other, using Jewish wisdom to help us on our journey to answering.
