High Holy Days

If you would like to have the names of your loved one(s) listed in the Book of Remembrance you MUST submit them in writing. Names from the previous year will not automatically be included. If there are no changes from last year's listing, and you would like it included in the Book of Remembrance this year, you must also submit the form. Please click here to fill out the form.
